Windi Washington is a senior Executive and Founder & CEO with over 30 years of experience and success in entrepreneurship, marketing, brand development and management across entertainment, broadcast media, retail, real estate and financial services. She has a strong niche as an entrepreneur, becoming known as a visionary for her creative marketing ability to push any project to the next level. She has an extensive background in marketing, advertising and business development and is the Founder & CEO of Maxi Wade Agency, LLC whose mission is to curate, collaborate, creative direct and produce content in entertainment, fashion, beauty & lifestyle brands into the marketplace.

 

She played a key role to consult, produce events, market and promoting entertainment, fashion, beauty & lifestyle brands in Los Angeles and New York City since 1996. In 2002, Windi expanded Maxi Wade Agency in the southeastern market to expand her business in talent management, emerging talent to push them to national markets for greater exposure. She held an audition to locate the best 30 out of 300 models & talent. Having a small roaster enabled her to give them individualized attention to develop careers in modeling, music, film and television recognized by SAG-AFTRA and the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences as Professional Representatives. Maxi Wade Agency has become a go-to resource for discovering and connecting with influential brands around the globe.

 

Windi is the Founder & CEO for Windi World Daily, LLC a media company established for curating, creating, writing, and producing content as a destination in entertainment, fashion, beauty and lifestyle since 2010.

 

Earlier in her career, Ms. Washington worked for reputable companies as Paramount Pictures, Twentieth Century Fox Film, Creative Artist Agency, Vanity Fair Magazine and American Express Brokerage. She served as a New Business Development Analyst for American Express and since 1850, the company has worked to make a difference in their customers' lives in ways that matter most to them. They deliver an unparalleled standard of excellence in everything we do, staying focused on the biggest opportunities to be meaningful to our customers. She was also the Advertising & Creative Services Assistant for Vanity Fair Magazine at Conde Nast where they are a global media company, home to iconic brands including Vogue, The New Yorker, GQ, Glamour, AD, Vanity Fair and Wired, among many others.

 

She is an executive member at Women In Film, member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, Screen ActorsGuild-American Federation Television & Radio Arts and Alliance for Women In Media. She was also a Trustee Board Member for Saving Our Daughters.

 

Windi attended the Academy of Art University Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Motion Pictures & Television (Producing). She received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration from National UniversityNational. Her eagerness led her to earn a Certification in Direct Marketing from New York University.
